Gabe Rodriguez
Founder/Operator
Gabe started H2O Well Drilling & Pump Service, LLC. in 2003 with his wife Kim. Since 2003, H2O has seen a rapid growth throughout the state of Wisconsin. Gabe brings over 35+ years of drilling knowledge to the business.
Nolan Rodriguez
Geologist/Operator
Nolan has been around drill rigs with his father his entire life. He officially joined the H2O team full time in 2018 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a B.S. in Geology and an emphasis in Environmental Science.
While our company continues to experience growth and change the one thing that doesn't is our
commitment to customer service. We are proud to be a family owned company and hope we can make any customer feel as if they are a part of it too.
Nolan Rodriguez, Geologist
Kim Rodriguez
Founder/Accountant
Kim along with Gabe started H2O Well Drilling & Pump Service, LLC. in 2003. Kim is the the H2O team's accountant and takes care of all day to day operations inside the office.
Brian Basten
Service Tech
Brian is a two year employee with the company. Brian previously was a lineman and spent time doing large scale irrigation work with center pivots. He is a great asses to our growing company.
